School of Continuing Education, established in August 2019, mainly carries out continuing education for higher academic qualifications and all kinds of educational training business. It is a management, organization and implementation department of FTBU’s continuing educational work, and an important part of its higher education. Since its establishment, adhering to the principle of open school, adapting to the social needs, and actively serving the regional economic and social development, it has actively carried forward its excellent school-running tradition, made full use of its abundant educational resources, tried best to strengthen the cooperation between the university and the local government, and the university and enterprises, and strived to expand academic education and educational training business.
The school holds undergraduate and junior-college-level academic education. At present, it has opened 6 pilot programs of self-study examination system reform of higher education, and its enrollment began in 2020. It actively carries out characteristic research projects, closely cooperates with Yongtai County’s Government, deeply studies and fully excavates the rich tourism resources of Yongtai, works together to create characteristic research projects with the theme of “Being Red, Green and Ancient”, and sets up research and learning training projects with 27 themes in 4 directions, and connects with all kinds of training at all levels.
In the new historical period, the school will adhere to the school-running concept of “Solid Foundation, Innovation, Green and Diversity”, and constantly pursue excellence. With better service, stricter management and better teaching quality, it will push its continuing education to a new level and make new contributions to serving the national and local economic construction.
