FZTBU Awarded Advanced Organization of Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Graduates in Fujian in 2020 and Its Leader Makes Experience Exchange
On the morning of January 15, the 2021 Fujian Provincial College Graduates’ Employment and Entrepreneurship Promotion Meeting was held in the Provincial Department of Education. At the meeting, the advanced organizations and individuals in employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates in 2020 were commended. Our university was awarded the advanced one, and the comrades Wu Qiaojie and Xiao Wanjun were awarded the advanced individual.

At the meeting, a leader from our university exchanged experience with those from other 5 advanced universities such as Xiamen University, Fujian Normal University and so on. Vice President Huang Bin, with the topic “Precision Guidance to Serve Students & All Round Promotion of Their Employment”, pointed out that when we were affected by COVID-19 and the employment situation was grim, we had thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions, made the stable and secure employment of graduates as a primary task of implementing the “six-stable” and “six-guarantee” work in accordance with the requirements of Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education, and established a “five-in-one” employment system; and that we should promote the high-quality employment of graduates in four aspects: improving the position, strengthening the responsibility and compacting the responsibility; building a "cloud" channel for employment according to the situation; giving a precise assistance, fine service and warm care; the Party building in leading, the Party flag flying, caring about people’s livelihood.

In recent years, the Party Committee of FZTBU adheres to the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents, pays attention to the Party construction as a guide, promotes the healthy development of various undertakings of our university, continuously strengthens the guidance and service for graduates’ employment and entrepreneurship, and promotes their employment and entrepreneurship. The employment rate of our graduates has been maintained at more than 95% for many years, and the quality of our employment continuously improved. In 2021, our university will conscientiously implement the spirit of this conference, actively do a good job in force co-ordination, policy implementation, accurate service and other work, and strive to promote the fuller and higher quality employment of 2021 graduates.
