FZTBU Approved to Establish 2021 Basic Theoretical Research Project of Philosophy and Social Sciences and A Number of Provincial-level First-class Undergraduate Courses

Recently, according to Notice of the Publicity Department of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and the Education Working Committee of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee on Releasing the List of Basic Theoretical Research Projects of Philosophy and Social Sciences under the Guidance of Marxism in Colleges and Universities in 2021 (Min Wei Jiao Si [2021] No. 30), the project “Research on the Protection System of China’s Traditional Village Culture from the Perspective of Sociology” (Project No.: JSZM2021083) presided over by the teacher Lan Xianping of our university was approved. It is reported that the project was jointly studied and determined by the Publicity Department of the Provincial Party committee and the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee through the procedures of application and recommendation of colleges and universities, expert review, review by competent departments and online publicity.
 
 
In addition, according to Notice of Education Department of Fujian Province on Releasing the List of Provincial First-class Undergraduate Courses in 2021 (Min Jiao Gao [2021] No. 52), five courses including Tourism Policies and Regulations of our university have been approved as provincial first-class undergraduate courses.
 
 
In recent years, focusing on the training orientation of high-quality applied talents, our university has continuously strengthened the construction of majors and courses, continued to promote scientific research, and repeatedly made good achievements in the construction of educational and scientific research projects such as industry-university cooperation and collaborative education of Ministry of Education, provincial first-class undergraduate courses, first-class undergraduate majors, provincial research and reform practice of new engineering and new liberal arts, and projects supported by Provincial Social Science Fund.
