FZTBU’s Students Win Good Performance in the 13th National College Students “Sville Cup” BIM-CIM Innovation Competition
Recently, BIM Modeling Contest of the 13th National College Students “Sville Cup” BIM-CIM Innovation Competition hosted by China Construction Education Association was successfully held online. Nearly 400 colleges and universities from Xiamen University, Guangzhou University and Shenzhen University signed up for it, and more than 6,000 students competed fiercely. Seven students majoring in Engineering Management and Engineering Cost under the guidance of Xie Xinyong, Yang Jiao, Wei Yijian and Chen Zhihao from School of Art and Design of our university won one first prize, one second prize and three third prizes.

Through the application of Sville BIM series software, the competition realized the technical cooperation among architecture majors in colleges and universities, and enhanced students’ practical innovation and team cooperation abilities. The competition had been successfully held for ten times and won the warm response and active participation of national architectural colleges. It had not only promoted students’ intensive professional knowledge, enriched extracurricular life and improved professional skills, but also promoted the construction of professional disciplines and injected new power into the promotion of the application of BIM Technology.
