FZTBU Successfully Approved by Ministry-of-Education’s Supply and Demand Docking Employment and Education Project
Recently, Department of College Students under Ministry of Education announced The Notice on the List of the First Phase of Supply and Demand Docking Employment and Education Projects (JXSH [2022] No. 7). The employment practice base project The Construction of Business Students’ Employment Practice Base of FZTBU Based on OBE Voncept, hosted by Mr. Wang Yeye of our university, was approved.
Relying on our Qingyun IEC Center, Economic Management Comprehensive Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center, Modern Enterprise Management Simulation Training Room, and VBSE Comprehensive Simulation Laboratory, the project focuses on the construction of employment and practice base projects of business majors, promotes the dual channels of graduates’ internship and employment, and constructs a “university-enterprise-student” linkage human resources promotion mechanism.

In recent years, our university has continuously promoted the organic linkage between employment and training, and the effective connection between talent supply and demand. Its employment rate has remained above 96%, and won the advanced organ of employment and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities in Fujian Province. The approval of this project not only reflects the characteristics of our university’s in-depth promotion of the integration of industry and university, but also shows the effectiveness of broadening its employment channels. In the next step, our university will further deepen the integration of industry and university, strengthen the cooperation between our university and enterprises, implement the construction of the employment and education project of Ministry of Education, strengthen the training of applied talents, open up the dual channels of internship and employment, and promote the realization of fuller and higher quality employment.
