Representatives from the University of Chester Visit FTBU to Promote Interuniversity Cooperation
On the afternoon of September 11th, 2020, Xu Jin, director of the University of Chester in China, and his party visited Fuzhou Technology and Business University. Vice President Lin Liqun, assistant president Wang Rongguo, deans of all schools, and heads of relevant departments attended the exchange meeting. Wang Rongguo, assistant president of FTBU, presided over the meeting.
At the meeting, Lin Liqun expressed her sincere welcome to the guests, and introduced the history and orientation of FTBU, the construction and development of its disciplines and majors, and its talent training mode and planning. She expressed her good intention of in-depth cooperation, which injected new power into promoting the internationalization of our university.

On behalf of the University of Chester, Xu Jin expressed his appreciation for the development and construction of FTBU, and gave a comprehensive introduction to the general situation of the University of Chester. He expressed his hope to deepen the interuniversity cooperation with our university, so as to build a bridge for FTBU students to study in a high-quality university in the UK. At the meeting, the two parties conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on overview of the project, establishment of curriculum, direction of enrollment, construction of programs, development of universities, orientation class of advantageous programs, training and exchange, expert lectures, etc.
